Tickets are available in advance ticket sales (until the start of the game), at the Tourism Office (Monday-Friday 8 am-12 am noon + 2 pm-6 pm), as well as at the box-office (opens two hours before the start of the game).

The seats and standing room in the stadium are not numbered. When purchasing a discounted ticket, you have to present a valid identification document at the entrance to the stadium. When purchasing a combined ticket (4xmatches or 2xmatches), the tickets for each game must be presented.

The ticket price (after expenses) will only be refunded if one match or the whole event has to be cancelled.
